Ordering and Cancellation Procedures

• Please double-check the date, time, and delivery address of your order.

• Pickup of equipment will be scheduled for the following day. Any items (upscale equipment, coffee urns) not available during pickup will be charged accordingly.

• Orders placed within 24 hours of the requested delivery will incur a rush fee of $2.50 per person.

• Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the invoice (excluding the delivery fee).

• For events where staff and rental equipment are booked, we require notice of cancellation at least 4 business days prior to the event. Canceling within the 4-day window will result in full payment for staffing and equipment.

• All small catering orders for next-day delivery must be finalized no later than 2 PM. All large orders must be confirmed and finalized at least 24 hours before the delivery time. During the high season, all catering orders must be confirmed and finalized at least 48 hours in advance.

• For events involving staff, equipment, and/or special orders, confirmation must be made at least 4 business days in advance.

• Any late confirmation and or modification will incur additional late fees.

• Any past-due invoices will incur a 10% late fee.

• Orders placed within 48 hours of the requested delivery will incur a rush fee of $2.50 per person or may not be approved due to high demand.
